“I find my greatest joy in those precious moments of connection, where we acknowledge something sacred which may had been previously overlooked”

Doing this work over the last several years has brought such great beauty into my world. Being able to witness such authentic transformations in those I have worked with has been inspiring, humbling, and truly a blessing. In many ways this has been quite a challenging lifetime, one that has has not been an easy for me, but I know that the pain I have endured has made me who I am, and that it has somehow strengthened the muscle of my heart. I never intended on getting into this kind of work, but at a certain point I realized that this was what I was meant to be doing. I have come to realize that I am most at peace when digging deep into the root our shared suffering and creating pathways from that place back into Truth and freedom. Over the years I have developed a passion for understanding the fundamental principles of creation, to be able to perceive the patterns and the universal, thematic truths that underlie all things. From this place I love to create bridges of comprehension, or maps for the mind which can serve to alleviate and even prevent unnecessary suffering within the individual.

I have been practicing breathwork for over a decade, facilitating immersions for 6 years, and leading trainings for 3 years. It has been from direct experience that I have come to various conclusions about the nature of human suffering and more importantly, the pathway out of it.

I suppose I view life as a massive tapestry of co-creation, where all beings are contributing their personal truth to the collective experience, thus suggesting that we can either realize that we are interdependent and do in fact impact each other or we can deny this and ultimately dishonor our own hearts. This truth we each carry can either be generated from a conscious surrender to one's deepest, most essential nature, or, forged in the fire of a perceived separation from Source.  Which is why it seems to always come back to the individual. It takes many individuals willing to divert their power away to external authorities in order for the kinds of dysfunctional systems we see in our world to take form as they do. It could be said that all dysfunctional systems or outer authorities are merely the result of the collective rejection of self on the intimate most levels. So, if we want to heal, we cannot address the problem by attempting to manage the symptoms, but rather we must we go to the root, something that lies within the individual's subconscious relationship with creation. We are all walking miracles, inexplicably yet eternally connected to (and literal manifestations of) the creative life force, imbued with the endless impulse to become more of who we are. When we deny our essential nature (an infinite wellspring of multi-dimensional intelligence) through not attuning to our emotional and subtle bodies, we turn to unhealthy substitutes in order to fill this void. We do unthinkable things in order to protect ourselves from the grief that lives in the recognition of just what we have compromised in ourselves. The longer we deny the wound, the worse it gets. The horrors we see on the world stage are the symptoms of a collective investment into the myriad strategies that are available to support this denial, and until enough people choose to honor their relationship with life itself, which begins with listening to the wisdom of the body and inner knowing, we will see the manifestation of these dysfunctional systems in ever-growing complexities. In each moment, we are given the opportunity to honor life and tend to this most sacred relationship. However, if we deny this responsibility, we ultimately forfeit our sovereignty to systems of limiting thought and control (both inward and outward) that promise to manage and thereby dictate our lives for us.

This is why my work is to support the individual in remembering the power, grace, and innocence of who they are beneath the layers of social conditioning and to elucidate the path of surrendering to the unfathomable wisdom of their truest nature.¦ I believe this is how we return to grace.
